Let your eyes feast on delicate blooming flowers, catch a glimpse of some of the 100 species of birds that make this area their home, see crocodiles basking on the river bank in the heat of the day. Watch the local fishermen, in their dugout canoes, collect their catch of freshwater shrimp and crabs.. You will also see Bamboo Alley, and drive through Middle Quarters to sample some peppered shrimps or for a stop in Scott's Cove, a corner famous for its "fish and bammy stands" for another Jamaican food treat.
